Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Crypto Customz, we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges for all items under the conditions outlined below.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
All items are eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging whenever possible
To start a return or exchange, please contact us through our contact page and include:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, Crypto Customz will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Replace the item, exchange it, or issue a refund at no additional cost
Please include clear photos of the item and packaging when submitting your claim.
Returns & Exchanges for Other Reasons
If you would like to return or exchange an item for reasons such as:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong color or product
- Preference changes
the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund or exchange.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier and arrange a resolution.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is entered at checkout and the shipment is returned by the courier, additional reshipping costs may apply once the correct address has been confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not claimed and is returned, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
